well two more bottle babies.....they really are alot of fun. All three are getting along nicely and growing nicely too!!!!

Bottle Baby

We got  a bottle baby. He is a Boer Buck and we named him Brutus. When we got him he was 6 days old and just about 4 pounds, he was 3 pounds at birth. Well Brutus is doing great, he is now 4 weeks old and weighs 11 pounds 8 ounces.
The first picture is the day we got him. The second picture is a couple days later and the third picture is at three weeks old. He likes to jump on to that pail, but he didn't  notice I had taken the lid off of it and he also didn't notice he was standing in a pail of whole corn!!!!

Meet Chipwich thats what we call her, but she is actually Majenli Zip Abercrombie. She is registered a Purebred LaMancha -  ADGA # L1520098.
She will be a main contributer to our Goats Milk Soap production. We will be looking for a LaMancha Buck to breed her with this fall.

Well we got a another goat this week. A Boer Goat, paint. She is the sweetest goat ever. She is just about a year old and came with the name "Goat"..so we changed her name to Daphne..Daffy for short.  We got her from a young couple who bought her as a pet  when she was just a couple months old, and didn't realize how big she would get and all that goes along with taking care of a goat.. So we are trying to find out the farm she was born at so we could find out what shots she received at birth, her family tree, etc...
She really is a very nice goat and will also find out if her parents are registered , hopefully so because then we will register her.
